I have used the liquid Bio-Active Hydrosol for many years. I teach college and belong to many civic and church groups. With the Twist Top aerosol, I spray it directly into my nasal membranes . It makes sense that the beneficial effects of Bio-Active Silver Hydrosol are enhanced more rapidly. One caution, 7 sprays in each nostril may cause you to cough, so take your time. Overall, I am a new convert to the Twist Top application method for Bio-Active Silver Hydrosol.

I am not one to write reviews, but the amount of people that I have helped, by letting them use this gel is unbelievable.
