jayni I’ve used this product for several days after developing a scratchy throat from a sinus infection. After a couple of applications, the scratchiness subsided and a sore throat never manifested. It’s only anecdotal, but it seems as though the spray was effective! Added bonus: it tastes delicious and has valuable nutrients to offer.
