If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund (as defined below) within 14 days of purchase. Depending upon your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for your refund to fully process. A refund will be issued back to the original form of payment used to place the order upon return of unopened product.
- Refunds will only be granted to customers who made their purchase on sovereignsilver.com. If you made your purchase on Amazon, iHerb or any other eCommerce site other than sovereignsilver.com, please consult with them to discuss your options.
- No more than one return in a twelve month period.
- No returns or refunds available on 128oz (3785mL) gallon size (except in the rare instance of breakage).
- A maximum of $150 may be refunded for a single order.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; any refund will be product costs only.
- The returned product will be shipped back to Natural Immunogenics Corp. at purchaser’s expense once you have contacted Customer Care (below).
- Purchaser is encouraged to use a traceable method for shipping, such as UPS or FedEx
