Dr. David Blyweiss, MD, CHCQ

Having started his career as a clinical pharmacist, Dr. Blyweiss became an early adherent and practitioner of integrative and functional medicine, and, in fact, was one of the first physicians to become certified by the Institute of Functional Medicine. He was recently Medical Director of the iCamp Program at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, which during his leadership became the latest Osher Center for Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Decker Weiss, NMD, FASA
Dr. Weiss became the first Cardiologist as a “Naturopathic Physician”, completing non-invasive cardiovascular hospital-based training in the Columbia Hospital system, the Arizona Heart Institute, and the Arizona Heart Hospital. Dr. Weiss opened the breakthrough Scottsdale Heart Institute, where he helped thousands of patients reduce medication safely, eliminate the need for angioplasty and bypass surgery, and reverse heart disease and many arrhythmias naturally.
The International Association of Health Care Practitioners and the International Association of Cardiologists named Dr. Weiss, a “Leading Physician in the World” in 2012; a distinction given to under 1000 physicians each year. Dr. Weiss shifted focus to inflammation, genetics, and the science of intractable conflict, as he joined Artis International has a Senior Fellow and Director of their Center for Health and Medicine.
Dr. Weiss recently launched his non-profit, Peace Possible, dedicated to research and medical care for children and adults in war zones, and who reside in chronic areas of poverty and violence.

Dr. William Balanoff, DDS, MS, FICD
Dr. William Balanoff is a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and has practiced Implant Prosthodontics for over 30 years. He is an expert in dental implants and oral cancer screening, and was the owner of a multi-location group practice in southern Florida. He is a former staff member of Broward General Hospital and North Broward Hospital with privileges for implant surgery and dental reconstruction. As a national expert on Adjunctive Oral Cancer Screening within the Veteran’s Affair Medical/Dental Network, Dr. Balanoff has testified before the United States Congress.
Dr. Balanoff earned his dental degree from Northwestern University, while receiving postdoctoral masters in Craniofacial Research from Nova Southeastern University. He was an adjunct clinical professor at University of Tennessee and is a former assistant clinical professor at Nova Southeastern University, where he taught postgraduate prosthodontics – specifically implant surgery and reconstruction to the prosthodontic residents.
Dr. Balanoff has visited over thirty countries, participating in designing public health policy and protocols for Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia and Spain. A well-respected international lecturer, he holds numerous U.S. and international patents and has published many peer-reviewed articles. He is currently on the Editorial Board of the Compendium and was a consultant for Zila Pharmaceuticals, Bite Tech, and other dental service organizations, manufacturers and suppliers. Dr. Balanoff is the CEO/President of Oral Care Perfected with divisions such as Impact Dental Lab and Smile Perfected.
